About Maria:
Maria is a seasoned entrepreneur and business owner with a wealth of experience in building successful practices. Over the course of her career, she has owned and operated more than eight businesses, honing her skills through trial and error to establish multiple thriving practices with over 30 practitioners.
Maria started her own practice in July 2019 and quickly expanded, hiring associates and creating a fully automated system by July 2021. Having experienced the concerns therapists feel when taking maternity leave and worrying about their practice running without them, Maria is passionate about providing guidance and support to fellow practitioners. She was able to leave her practice for maternity leave without having to fall back onto EI, as her business was able to run successfully without her there 24/7. Additionally, she has created a Women's Entrepreneur Group with 4500 members, hosting events to help women create businesses, and developed a Hiring platform for group practice owners to find associates, quickly growing to 1.1k members. With her Therapists Road Map to Success program, Maria shares her knowledge and expertise to empower therapists to build thriving and financially successful practices.
